CEO

Harry joined Penn Power Group in 2021 to lead the Penn Power Group - Fleet Services business.  Since then, he has been promoted to CEO for both affiliate businesses of Penn Power Group - Fleet Services and Penn Power Systems.  As the CEO of Penn Power Group, Harry leads a team of over 500 professionals who provide comprehensive fleet management solutions and power generation services to customers across various industries. With over 20 years of senior executive management experience,  Harry has a proven track record of driving sales and operational efficiencies, strategies, and results, while managing and negotiating multi million-dollar mid market and national B2B contracts.


Harry received his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University.  He is A+ Net+ certified and is a Consecutive Presidents Club Award Winner. 


Phil Field
CFO

Phil oversees the company’s finance, accounting, corporate policies and information technology  functions of the company consisting of multiple entities.  As a member of the executive management team, Phil is responsible for building and maintaining banking, insurance and audit relationships.  Prior to joining Penn Power Group in 1995, Phil spent 7 years in public accounting specializing in audits of large retail and distribution companies.  He has over 35 years of public and private corporate accounting experience.


Phil graduated with his MBA from Drexel University in 2009, received his BS in Accounting from Penn State University, and earned his CPA certification in 1991.


Fran Orobono Jr.
Senior Vice President of Sales

Fran Orobono Jr. joined Penn Power Group in 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Fran brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in the commercial trucking, construction, and industrial sectors. With over 30 years of experience, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in sales strategy, business development, and M&A.


Fran has held significant roles at large corporations such as Craft Oil, PetroChoice, and Jack Williams Tire Company, Inc. Additionally, he spent several years in independent consulting, where he successfully negotiated mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial & residential real estate transactions, alongside developing and executing numerous initiatives. These efforts resulted in substantial growth and improved market position, most recently in the AI-infused automated vehicle inspection market.


Vince Dilick

Senior Vice President of Operations
Vince Dilick joined Penn Power Group in 2008 as Assistant Service Manager for Allison Transmission and Carrier Transicold. Shortly after he was promoted to Service Manager for Allison, Carrier, and all makes truck repair. A few short years following he was promoted to Service Manager for Penn Power Systems and our oil gas operations. Following this, Vince was promoted to General Manager for our Cranberry Township location, Regional Vice President and then to his current position as Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing all service centers, Corporate parts and our Penn Power System division.      
Don Gatens
Vice President, Profit & Process Improvement

Don joined Penn Power Group in 1989 and has held many positions of leadership as the organization grew and expanded into new markets and product lines. Don currently works with the Operations leadership to optimize profitability with proven and repeatable processes. Don’s experience with Executive of Parts and Service fixed operations demonstrates a history of success in the heavy-duty transportation service provider industry.


He possesses a strong business development background with a Green Belt Certification for LEAN/ Six Sigma from Drexel University - College of Business and Administration. Don completed a two- year Organizational Development & Leadership program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Katie Demko
Vice President of
Human Resources
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Katie Demko joined PPG in 2009 and has over 30 years of experience driving organizational success through innovative HR strategies . With a passion for aligning people strategy with business goals, she leads key initiatives in talent acquisition, safety, compliance, leadership development, employee engagement, and fostering cultures of high performance.    She earned a BA in Sociology from the College of New Jersey and is Dare to Lead certified.
Sonia Pierre

Director of Strategic Sourcing & Government Operations

Her extensive knowledge in proposal development includes preparation of solicitations, price negotiations, and post award management with all levels of government agencies. In addition to having an extensive understanding of contract compliance and small business compliance, she makes it a point to interact with clients to ensure their needs are being fulfilled at the highest level. Her responsibility for Strategic Sourcing places focuses on supply chain and collaborates with vendors to ensure effective communication is being delivered to the customer. This involves also ensuring industry and government customers are receiving products that are dependable for vehicle and equipment sustainment.


Sonia studied Business Administration at Harrisburg Community College and Strayer University. She has earned many continuing education credits for completing training courses/seminars of DFAR and FAR Acquisition, along with attending many training classes held by the Pacific Northwest Regional Council and DCMA Subcontract and Small Business Compliance. She has attended CMMC training courses to ensure Penn Power Group is prepared for this next level commitment. In addition to completing the CFCM Preparatory Course with NCMA.



Chris Antitomas
Director of Sales, Standby Power Generation

Chris joined Penn Power Group in 2023 as the Director of Sales for Penn Power Group – Power generation business. Chris oversees the company’s Multi-state Generator Business Development Team, and Rental Division.  Chris is responsible for building, expanding and maintaining customer relationships for Generator Maintenance and new generator sales.  Prior to joining Penn Power Group in 2023, Chris spent 10+ years in a fortune 500 company specializing in Medium Voltage applications in the Oil & Gas and Marine Markets.  He has over 25 years of public and private corporate sales leadership experience.


Chris received his BS in Mathematics from Robert Morris University and continued studies at West Virginia University in Chemical Engineering.

Stephanie Lanzilotta
Director of Marketing
Stephanie Lanzilotta joined Penn Power Group in 2011 as the Executive Assistant in our Corporate Philadelphia location. With a strong commitment to excellence, Stephanie has contributed significantly to the company's success. Her expertise encompasses project management, client relations, and strategic planning, enabling Penn Power Group to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

In 2020 Stephanie graduated from St. Joseph's University with her MBA in Marketing.  She transitioned from Marketing Specialist to Director of Marketing leading the Marketing Department and strategic initiatives for Penn.
